Disability Mentoring & Consulting

One central concern of organizations is ADA compliance. And one of our specialties is Fresh Perspectives disability mentoring and consulting.  We develop training programs in understanding disability, ADA and accessibility issues, all from an organizational perspective. 

In the area of non-profit organizations, we have a special connection to Centers for Independent Living, including board and staff training.  The principal of EES, Mike Sporer, has gained significant insight into these issues.  Mike serves on the operating board of a local CIL, has done in-depth exploration of issues facing CIL’s, and he has a genuine understanding of issues faced by people with disabilities. 

His common sense approach to the issues is refreshing!
