I’m Mike Sporer, the managing principal of Empowerment Enterprise Solutions.  EES is a training company that was developed out of a passion I have for teaching, training and facilitating. 

I’ve spent over 30 years in a training environment as CFO of a public career school.  I am also the school’s QuickBooks and accounting software trainer, evening school manager, and I’ve operated a private accounting software consultancy.  In that business, I installed software in all size companies and environments.

I also serve on the operating board of the Northeast PA Center for Independent Living, and I’m involved in community activities.  I’ve gained some deep fundamental perspectives through compelling life experience. 

I’ve been told I have a common-sense yet passionate approach to building leadership in the people that make up organizations.  I can tell you that I have a driven desire to help organizations be the best they can be!  To me, organizations are NOT just entities; they are people functioning in a group dynamic.  Understanding that group dynamic is our strength. 

I don’t do this alone!  I have involvement with other trainers, authors, business writers, and business speakers who share my passion.
